Acknowledgements & adjustments
Note: Deliveries going more than 10 miles from pick up location will result in a $15 dollar service fee being assessed. And an additional $15 for every 10 miles thereafter.
There is no charge for the first flight of stairs at pick up/delivery location. However each additional flight of stairs items must be taken up or down will result in $5 fee per flight per helper. Please do not mislead or misrepresent the amount of stairs involved in your order. This may result in a doubled fee , or items being returned to store at customers expense.
Legs will be attached on all sofas and back to armchairs free of charge at time of delivery. Trash and packaging material are the customers responsibility.
Multiple large items will result in an up charge of $15 for 1 helper and $25 for 2 helpers. Examples are, but not limited to; sectionals, dressers, tables and chairs , and outdoor furniture.(any order with multiple heavy items).
